Refund policy

NUMAISH Lifestyle believes in 100% customer service and strives to enhance your customer experience.

You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by a third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or store credit if they meet our terms and conditions. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available, under such circumstances, the store credit can be used whenever you shop with us next time. 

In the unlikely event of any product that you have purchased is damaged or incorrect* then you may return the product within 7 days

To be eligible for return/exchange, the product must be returned to Team NUMAISH (Dubai, UAE) in a resalable & unused condition. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with all its components, accessories, or gifts within 7 days from the day it was delivered.

These categories cannot be returned:

1. Used or not in the same condition and packaging as received by the customer.
2. Products that have been tampered with or damaged.
3. Products with missing labels or accessories.
4. Items that are ordered Made to Measure Cannot be refunded or returned.

Important Notes:

• If you have received a damaged product then you will have to inform Team NUMAISH within 7 days.

• If you have received an item damaged or incorrect then we may request you to share pictures or a video with the Order number to be sent on email id info@numaishlifestyle.com
  
  
• We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

• Incorrect*

  1. Color is significantly different from the color on e-store.
  2. Fabric is not matching the description details. 
  3. Size Delivered is not the size ordered for e.g., ordered is S size and delivered is M or L size
  4. Design or pattern is not the same as the image on e-store.

Refund Policy:

The product once returned will be received and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it’s approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 weeks, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :

• If you haven’t received a refund as per the decided timelines. Check with your bank, as it may take some time from their end to process your payment. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@numaishlifestyle.com

Sale Items:

Items that are part of any sale/ final offer cannot be refunded unless they are damaged.
